Complete K-9 Training Services is a professional dog training company based in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

The Role
We are always looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team.
As a Dog Trainer at Complete K-9, you will work directly with dogs and their owners through structured training programs. Your role is not only to improve behavior, but to guide owners in understanding and communicating with their dog.
This is a hands-on, active role that requires:
Confidence handling dogs
Strong communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
We’re looking for individuals who want to develop real skill and grow with a team long-term.
What You’ll Do
Train dogs using our structured programs
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Document training progress with detailed notes
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Collaborate with team members and leadership
Represent Complete K-9’s culture and values
Follow established systems and processes
Schedule
Tuesday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Every other Saturday (Social Club events)
Occasional client events
This is an active, physical role involving outdoor work and handling dogs of all sizes.
Training, Development & Growth
All trainers go through a structured onboarding process to learn our:
Training systems
Safety protocols
Client communication standards
Training typically lasts 30–90 days, depending on experience.
Experienced trainers may progress quickly
Newer trainers may enter an apprentice-style development path
We don’t just hire trainers — we build them.
Team members who demonstrate reliability, growth, and leadership will have opportunities for advancement.

Helpful experience:
Dog training

Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes
Physically capable of active, outdoor work
Experience helps — but mindset, communication, and coachability matter more.
