Board & train results, without sending your dog away.
Your dog trains all day with our team on a 6-acre campus, then comes home with you every night. At every pickup you get a private lesson, so the training works for you, not just the trainer.

Meet the dog that started it all.
Every Complete K-9 story starts with a dog and a family who needed help. Ours did too. Watch how it all began, and why we've trained people first ever since.

Board & train sounds like the easy button: drop your dog off, pick up a trained dog. But many of the families who come to us already tried it. Their dog was great with the trainer, then slipped back into old habits within a few weeks of coming home. Here's why that happens.
The dog learns to listen to the trainer
Dogs learn who they practice with. If you weren't part of the training, your dog doesn't know you mean it yet.
You train with us every weekOne handoff isn't enough
Weeks of training squeezed into one go-home session leaves a lot to remember, right when you need it most.
A private lesson at every pickupReal life happens at home
Your doorbell, your kids, your neighborhood. That's where the habits need to hold, so that's where we practice.
Homework built into your routineBoard & train vs. day training
You still get full days of professional training. The difference is that your dog comes home every night and you learn alongside them.
We do the heavy lifting. You learn the easy part.

Common questions
Do you offer board & train?
Yes, for some dogs. For most families, though, day training gets better long-term results because you learn alongside your dog and they practice at home every week. We'll recommend the right option at your free evaluation.
I'm busy. Is day training realistic for me?
Yes. Your dog trains one day a week while you're at work, and we do the heavy lifting. Your part is the lesson at pickup and a few minutes of homework built into your normal routine.
How much does training cost?
Most families choose one of our two day-training programs:
- Foundations (5 weeks): $2,700, or $2,500 if you pay in full.
- Mastery (8 weeks): $4,150, or $3,950 if you pay in full.
Payment plans: you don't have to pay it all at once. We offer in-house payment plans, and financing through Affirm that's interest-free for 6 months. Terms can extend up to 3 years, with payments as low as about $85/month.
Your exact plan is confirmed at your free evaluation, after we meet your dog.
We tried a board & train and it didn't last. Can you help?
We hear this a lot, and it isn't your fault. Usually the missing piece is that you never got to practice with your dog and a trainer. That's exactly what our program is built around.
Do you use training tools?
We're balanced trainers. Everything starts with positive reinforcement. Tools like a prong collar are introduced only when your dog is ready, and we explain and coach you on them first. E-collars are used only in the off-leash phase of Mastery.
What happens after the program ends?
You're never on your own. Every graduate gets lifetime phone support and Social Club group classes to keep skills sharp.
Where are you located?
On a 6-acre campus off Duffie Road in Simpsonville, serving Greenville, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Greer, Mauldin and the Upstate.
